• Security Deposit: A deposit of $200 is required for each site upon check-in.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is from 1 PM to 8 PM, while check-out is no later than 11 AM. After-hours arrivals must call the store.
• Pet Policy: Guests must clean up after their pets, with a $10 fine imposed for any violations. Pets are only allowed in designated areas.
• Conduct: Drunkenness and disorderly conduct are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction.
• Vehicle Regulations: All vehicles must park in designated gravel pads. No vehicle washing is permitted in the park.

• Monthly Rates: $1,200 per month during peak months and $1,000 from October to April.
• Additional Parking: May be available for an extra fee of $30 per month, depending on management discretion.
