About Friends Landing

Friends Landing spans over 152 acres of recreation opportunities, including hiking, fishing, camping, boating, and birdwatching. Originally an old gravel pit, the area was transformed into a beautiful campground with modern amenities, making it accessible for visitors from all walks of life.

Whether you are looking to cast a line in Lake Quigg, hike the scenic 1.7-mile trail, or simply relax by the water, there is something for everyone at Friends Landing. The campground is open from March 15th to November 15th, providing ample time for seasonal activities.

Campground Amenities

RV Sites: 18 paved sites with electrical service (30 & 50 Amp) and water hookups. Maximum length of 76ft and minimum length of 30ft.
Tent Sites: 10 designated areas with water access, ideal for traditional camping experiences.
Dump Station: Available for a fee of $10 per use.
Wi-Fi: Complimentary internet access for campers, though usage is limited due to bandwidth constraints.
Restroom Facilities: Modern restrooms equipped with showers.
Playground: A fun area for children to enjoy during your stay.
Day-Use Picnic Shelters: Perfect for family gatherings, accommodating groups of up to 60 guests.

Reservation Policies & Fees

To ensure a hassle-free stay at Friends Landing, please be aware of the following reservation policies:

Cancellation Policy: A fee equal to one night’s stay may apply if you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation.
Rates: Daily site fees start at $35, with discounts available for seniors and Good Sam members. Weekly and monthly rates are also offered.
Pets: Dogs are welcome but must be leashed and cleaned up after. Aggressive dogs are not allowed.
Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
