Would you like to have a single place you could visit on the web that would allow you to search for camping locations, make reservations, stay in touch with friends and family, talk about where you've been and what you've done, read reviews of campgrounds, and plan for that next camping trip? Well, Camper's LinQ gives you all that and much much more.
Camper's LinQ is the on-line place for Campers
The My Campsite section is your personal space and a social gather place where you can post information about what you've been doing and what you plan to do. You decide who you want to see your status, so this is a private area (unlike the Forums section).
The Forums sections provide a public message system where you can interact with all members - share experiences, ask questions, help your fellow campers out with their questions, etc.
The Camping Search section is where you can search for, research, and even reserve campsite all across the United States and Canada. We expect it will be one of the most visited sections on the website once we implement all of our ideas.
The Round the Campfire section is our Blog (what's a Blog?). This is the place where we will post stories, product reviews, and other camping-related ramblings, that we think you might be interested in. Member submitted stories are welcome (let us know if you're interested and we'll work out the details)
This is a brand new website. Keep stopping by -- you will be surprised at what you'll find. If you don't see something here that you think would be beneficial, drop us a note. As long as your idea/suggestion is camping or camper related, we'll give it the attention it deserves.
My wife and I love to camp. We started more than 20 years ago with just a couple of sleeping bags and a desire to be outdoors - under the stars. We've moved on to more comfortable (and waterproof) camping arrangements since then, but the fundamental reasons we go camping are still the same - we love the outdoors and we love to travel. Camper's LinQ is what we have been searching for in a web site to help us do more of what we love and to stay in touch with others as we travel. We hope you find it as useful.
